We know that a key part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle is making sure you find the time to be active every day. Usually between work and home, we end up walking a good amount each day, but it's usually in short spurts and at slow speeds. This doesn't do as much for us as it could. But over-using your snooze button instead of getting up an extra hour early for a cardio workout when you're already running ragged is very easy to justify.

So, instead of trying to find time where you don't have any, how about just starting your day with this, the World's Fastest Workout. Our Pink Cart Friend, Lindsay, asked us to share this with you as an easy way to engage muscles throughout your body and get your heart pumping a little faster in just 4 minutes. Who doesn't have 4 minutes? You can fit this in while you're waiting for dinner to finish cooking, for the kids to get their teeth brushed, for the car to warm up, or right before your shower. Heck, do this once or twice every morning and you may even be able to pass up that cup of coffee! Give it a try and let us know how it works for you. In case you're not familiar with these exercises, we've linked them to how-to-videos and instructions from
